About Me

Welcome

Hi! I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who is passionate about helping individuals like you navigate life’s complexities and cultivate greater well-being. I graduated from Elmhurst College in 2009 with a BA in Psychology and Sociology. In addition, I earned my MA in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2011. I later went on to obtain my License as a Clinical Professional Counselor (License # 180.016040) and my Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling (ICB Cert # 31109).

I have over 13 years experience working with clients in the criminal justice system, a hospital setting, PHP/IOP levels of care as well as on an outpatient basis.

I take a person-centered and strengths based approach. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to embark on your journey of self-discovery and growth. I am passionate about fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy, working collaboratively with you to identify your strengths and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk beside you.
